Small jobs are the point
Most of this work is too small for a general contractor to schedule and too fiddly to enjoy doing yourself. Gathering it into one visit is usually cheaper than treating each item as its own call-out, so it is worth writing the whole list down before you ring.
What we will tell you honestly
If a repair is a symptom of something bigger — recurring damp behind a patch, a fixture failing because of what it is mounted to — we will say so rather than cover it and let it come back. And if a job needs a licensed trade, that is what we will tell you, not have a go at it.

Drywall dust travels. Every repair finishes with the cleanup included, which is the advantage of the crew that does the repairs also being the one that cleans.
